The First Week of School

It has been a wonderful first week of school! So many shining faces, so much to learn and do, and we’ve had a great time getting to know our new classroom and community.

We sent home four very important pieces of information on Monday in students backpacks. They included a welcome letter, a letter about our math expectations, a photo release form, and a form about music choices. Each of theses forms required, at the very least, a signature from both students and parents. If you have not yet had a chance to look at these forms, they are here in PDF format. Please take a moment to read through the information with your student, sign them, and send them back to school as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can also email the forms back to us as an attachment.

Also included here on the blog is the first homework assignment – a fun survey to help us get to know your student a little bit better.

Thank you for such a warm and generous welcome. We are looking forward to working closely with all of you this year.
