Many apologies for not getting these up in a timely fashion. Spring is an incredibly hectic time around the campus. The board held a regularly scheduled Board Meeting on April 18th. I will include pdf’s of the agenda and financial handouts from the meeting. It was a light agenda.
I did share with the Board information from the OSBA regarding best practice in including information supplied by patrons, vendors, etc. in either the board packet or on the district web site. The huge majority of communication we receive from patrons is included in the board packet and then latter posted on the web site. This is best practice. However, the district has a responsibility to publish factual information and to make sure it does not publish material that could be viewed as a complaint against an individual.
