We will have two board meetings this week. The first will be Tuesday at 7:00 while the regular board meeting will be held on Wednesday at 7:00. The School Board has made a priority of examining facilities and planing for facility upgrades. Tuesday the Board will hear from The Soderstrom Architectural Firm, Hill International, and The Rommell Architectural firm regarding their proposals to conduct a facility assessment and provide a community outreach program for planning potential new facilities. Previously, the board heard from the DLR group regarding these same topics. Community is encouraged to attend and hear the presentations.
Wednesday’s meeting will feature a decision by the Board to select one of the firms to provide the facilities assessment and the community engagement piece if appropriate. As always the meetings are in the grade school cafeteria.
