Hear ye, hear ye! Parent volunteers needed for a week of arts and crafts at the Middle School!

Thanks Mrs. Sinclair!
The middle school community is abuzz with action right now. We’ve stepped back in time to the Middle Ages and each student has become a Lord, Lady, or vassal on their way through a series of adventures. Our school-wide simulation will culminate in a Medieval Banquet where we’ll feast on turkey legs, perform skits and dances, recite poetry, and catapult a pig’s head across our football field! (More information to follow)
Part of the preparation process for the banquet involves a week of “Guilds,” workshops where students create medieval masterpieces under the guidance of a “Master Craftman.” This could be YOU! We need parent volunteers who are excited about guiding a group of students through an art/craft project.   If it has a medieval theme, great, but we welcome any good ideas!
Guilds will take place on the Monday – Wednesday leading up to Thanksgiving (Nov. 25-27) from 12:00-2:30. If you can commit to these three days, please contact your student’s core teacher. We’d love to include you in this experience!
