Puppet Shows: Week 33 by Olivia Fritz

Every week one student in our class gets to sit out the super quiz and write the weekly update.  This week’s update was done by 6th grader Olivia Fritz.  Thanks, Olivia!

This week in Mr. Houck’s class we have been doing so much fun stuff. First of all we have been working on our poetry forewords. The poetry forewords are when we talk about our poets’ background information and the poems we studied by them and why we picked them.

Then also we have been studying the male reproductive system.

We have been working on our vocab puppet shows. The vocab puppet shows are when we get in small groups and make a puppet show. It can be any topic we want, but… we have to include 25 vocab words in our puppet show. I think the vocab puppet show is a lot of fun because, hello, we get to make puppets!!! And we get to put on a funny show in front of the class.

That’s all have been happening in Mr. Houck’s class.
