Checks should be payable to CHAMPS. All orders must be placed and paid for by November 15th. USPS delivery option and more info Gina Layton at 971-404-6298. Forms may be dropped off at the Corbett Grade School, High School, or the CAPS office. Wreaths will be available for pick up on Wed, December 2nd/ 3-6pm/front of Grade School.
