Why we do it:
The Red & Black Auction and Benefit Dinner is the single largest fundraiser for Corbett athletics. Athletes from Kindergartners through Seniors will participate in sports funded through the Corbett Boosters and Corbett Youth Sports this school year. An Evening with Red & Black is your opportunity to help ensure the future of Corbett’s sports programs is strong and financially sound. We look forward to seeing you at this wonderful evening!
Tickets are on sale now! Get them at the early bird pricing of $40 an individual, $80 a couple or $350 for a table of 8 until April 15th. After that tickets are $50 an individual, $100 a couple or $450 for a table of 8. Go to www.corbettboosters.com and click on 2016 Red & Black. We are still looking for volunteers! We are in need of parent volunteers for the day before and the day of the event. Contact Julie Leith-Ross (firstname.lastname@example.org) to find out how you can help.
Decorating is in full swing. We are in search of the following items to borrow:
– wooden canoe or boat / wooden paddles
– bouys (any material)
– lifesaver rings
– large sea shells
– white or blue Christmas lights
– grass skirt/table skirt
– fishnet (clean)
– any other vintage surf/sea decor
Also in search of items we can use to make decorations (will not be returned):
– broken umbrellas
– brown butcher paper
– green tissue paper (bulk)
– pool noodles
– 2×6 or 1×6 lumber (clean – we will need to paint it)
– rope (white or natural/brown)
