Pro-Phase

It has been a wonderful week, minus the plumbing issues we dealt with Wednesday and Thursday. I am so proud of the way this class learned the process of cell reproduction and took on the difficult task of turning those steps of mitosis into a choreographed dance routine they will share on Tuesday. We also began preliminary research in world religions to help build a foundation for our study of Medieval Europe later on this year. We read a great story this week, Ray Bradbury’s “All Summer in a Day,” and discussed that too, as well as added new words to our classroom collection and, hopefully, our working vocabularies.

Aaron Long About Aaron Long

Mr. Long and his lovely wife, Kris, have decided that three children is enough and enjoy spending family time together with their nine-, seven- and four-year-old children (Patchen, Grady, and Quinn).
