CraigsDiaries! Week 25, by Kian Hill

Every week one student in our class gets to sit out the super quiz and write the weekly update.  This week’s update was done by 6th grader Kian Hill.  Thanks, Kian!

This week in Houck’s reading class we learned about equal pay.  What is that, you might ask? It’s a problem in the paying system for sports. Men that play sports in the N.B.A for example, get more money than a woman in the W.N.B.A. This is a problem that goes almost all throughout national sports.

Also we made ads for our Renaissance history person. The ads are written like we are the person that wants help, to sell stuff, or to sell inventions.

Houck’s class also had a guest speaker. She talked about the blood cells and oxygen ratio, and what they are supposed to be to be healthy. As her job she helps bikers to have good blood so they can have the most speed and durability during biking.

We also learned about the endocrine system-all fourteen of the glands.
