Author’s Celebration – supplies needed

As part of our People of the Columbia River Gorge study,  we participated in a simulation, or role-playing, and became a Native American Chinook Village. Longhouses and Baskets

Last week each clan created a model of a Native American longhouse as part of their Chinook Village Simulation.  They all turned out fabulous with historically accurate components! Scholastic Book Fair Update

This year’s Book Fair was a huge success thanks to you.  Our classroom received 8 book donations from students in the class and about $300 worth in books from the proceeds.  Thanks so much for your support and putting books into students hands!
