In addition to direct contact with teachers, CSD is pleased to provide more granular access to specific notes from teacher classrooms. With this increased access to teacher updates published on the website comes a wide array of subscription options. Using the links provided on theĀ Connect page, classroom families can easily define what information (news and/or teacher notes) they wish to receive, as well as how they receive this information; delivery options for each category of news and/or teacher notes includes email, text message (SMS), Twitter and RSS.

Walk Like an Eqyptian

We have finished up the Mesopotamia simulation and moved on to the Ancient Egypt Project. This is the first large project of the year. Moving Along

We are coming to the end of our Mesopotamia Simulation. The students have seemed to enjoy this interactive way of learning and have gained a great deal of knowledge about the cradle of civilization. In the Swing of Things

One week down!

The first week of school went off without a hitch! The eighth graders are ready to take on leadership roles and prepare themselves for high school. Looking forward to a great school year.

I am looking forward to seeing all of the returning middle school students and the fresh, new faces. We have an exciting curriculum to explore this year with many opportunities for success for every student. I will see you bright and early on August 29th.
