Corbett School District Will Remain Closed Until Further Notice

Based upon the advice of Multnomah County Sheriff personnel as well as local fire personnel  Corbett School District will remain closed until evacuation levels around the school have changed significantly.  The District will make a separate announcement when authorities give us the all clear for students to attend school again.  Currently, authorities do not anticipate a dramatic change in evacuation levels in the near future.

Also, the main campus is currently being utilized as a dormitory, and shower station for fire personnel who are working to contain the blaze.  The school has donated perishable food items to help feed the people working on the fire.  Community members who are also interested in helping to support the fire crews should contact the fire station directly as they are serving as a support agency for the folks on the fire lines.

Once again Corbett School District will remain closed until further notice.
