Wow, it’s that time again!  In advance of our registration dates for MAIN CAMPUS MS & HS STUDENTS, please complete & bring with you the following forms:

Middle School Registration
High School Registration
2013_2014 Calendar  (Keep one handy!)

Parents of Returning Students: At registration day please stop by the front table to review, update, and sign your student’s “Student Verification Form”.  This form shows all of the personal contact, emergency contact, and medical information we have on file.  Also bring all forms you completed by clicking the links above.

Parents of students new to Corbett Schools: Please call the MS/HS office at 503-261-4226 prior to the registration dates so we may speak with you.

MAIN CAMPUS MS & HS STUDENTS Registration Dates (parents & students can come any date, any time!):
8/12: Monday, 9 am – 3 pm in the MPB, stage side
8/13: Tuesday, 9 am – 3 pm in the MPB, stage side
8/15: Thursday, 9 am – 3 pm in the MPB, stage side

ID photos will be taken.  Boosters will be on hand to register students for sports.  HS students can pick up their schedules.  Lunch accounts can be set up.
IMPORTANT:  PLEASE BRING SEPARATE CHECKS FOR MS, HS, BOOSTER, AND MEAL TIME (lunch) PAYMENTS.  (Boosters can also accept credit cards.)
