HS ATHLETE INFORMATION FOR THIS WEEKEND!  If you have not signed up, please contact Renee Detherage right away, we need to prepare for food, bow ties and name tags.

RED & BLACK AUCTION AND DINNER  SATURDAY, MARCH 15TH    HIGH SCHOOL GYM

Arrival:   4:00pm (Grade School Cafeteria)    Check in/out  athletes be at HS gym at 3:00pm

Park in the JV softball field parking lot – or- Post Office parking lot

**Do not park in any of the school parking lots – we would like to leave these spots available for our 200+ guests**

ATTIRE:                   GUYS – Black pants (no jeans) dockers or such

                                              White button down (collar shirt, you’ll be wearing a bow tie)

                                              Black shoes, no tennis shoes

                                GALS –  Black pants (no jeans) or a black skirt (not short)

                                              White button down (collar shirt, you’ll be wearing a bow tie)

                                              Black flat, comfortable shoes (no tennis shoes or sandals)

                **You cannot take your shoes off during the event, so please make sure you can wear them for 6 hours.

WE ASK YOU TO STAY TO HELP WITH CLEAN-UP AND TEAR DOWN THAT EVENING – USUALLY UNITL 10:30PM

STAGING/PREP – Thurs 3/13 (4pm)   SET UP – Fri (8am-5pm)  TEAR DOWN – Sun (10am-3pm)
