The first day of school for many students in Corbett schools is August 29th. This is a half day designed to help ease the entry stress for students who are transitioning from one setting to another. This year in the high school, we will be focusing this half day entirely on the incoming 9th graders. That means that the first day of school for the incoming 9th graders is Monday, August 29th. It will be a half day starting at 7:55 and ending at 12:30. The incoming seniors will not be participating as a group this year. This is a change from the information published on the district calendar. The first day of school for the incoming seniors will be Tuesday, August 30 rather than August 29th.
