It was so nice to see many of you at the Back to School BBQ!
Important Online Permission: I created a digital permission slip I’d like for you to fill out. The less paper I have to send home, the better. Here is the link!
Parent Homework: Thank you for these letters. I have enjoy reading your perspective. If you have not had a chance to write to me about your child, I would still love to hear from you. No one knows a child better than parents. You may want to include a brief biography, special abilities, fears, strengths, weaknesses, and past school experiences. You might also want to tell me about your expectations for this school year: for me, your child, and the school. Include any information that you want me to keep in mind while I work with your child. I will keep all information confidential.
Transition Day: The first day back for students in KG, 2nd, 4th, and all brand new students will begin school on Monday, August 27th 8:00-12:30 pm. Bus and lunch services are all available. This day is a “warm-up” and will help students have the best possible transition back to school.
Pick Up Location: If you pick your child up from school, you will need to wait near Mr. Wallace’s exit door. This door faces the parking lot and is just west of the Pre-School fenced play area. Those that ride the bus will be escorted to their bus locations. I have also attached the traffic pattern below.
