- Multnomah County is Currently reviewing the land use planning submittal for the Woodard site.
- Once land use is completely approved, the drawings will be issued for the building permit and to be bid by contractors.
- Final design for the multi-purpose room and offices by the Metal Building Contractor is nearly complete.
- Interior & exterior design have been finalized by the architect.
- A bid package for the Grade School re-roofing is being prepared.
