Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972

As a recipient of Federal financial assistance there are procedural requirements, pertaining to Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence, as well as protections for employees and students as follows:

The Corbett School District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.1
