Corbett Grade School partners with Ecology in Classrooms and Outdoors (ECO) to compliment our Place Based Education focusing on the Columbia River Gorge.  Staff from ECO support teachers in helping students care for a native plant area on campus and to implement science lessons related to the plants, animals and geology of the gorge.

ECO is made up of educators and volunteers who work together to bring Ecology Programs to Portland Metro area schools. They share a passion for connecting students to the natural world, building science literacy and environmental awareness in the community they love!
